    What is the delivery time for my order?

    The delivery time is currently 8-10 business days, including a processing time of 0-3 days. Saturdays are counted as business days. We kindly ask for your understanding. To accommodate you, we do not charge shipping fees and cover them fully for you.

    What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

    If the above-mentioned period has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please send an email to info@bright-residence.com. We will investigate what happened to your package and respond within 24-48 hours! Still haven’t received a reply within 24-48 hours? It is likely that it has already been answered, so we kindly ask you to check your spam folder. Our response may have ended up there! Unfortunately, this is out of our control.

    I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?

    To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service at info@bright-residence.com. Provide your name, order number from the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once that’s done, you can send the product back to us using a courier of your choice.

    What are the return costs?

    Unfortunately, returns are at your own cost. The cost depends on the chosen courier. Please check the website of the respective courier you plan to use for the pricing details.

    What are the conditions for returning my products?

    There is always a return period of 14 days. The period starts on the day you received the item. However, there are conditions for returning the products. You can only return the item if:

    • The return period has not expired
    • The product is in its original packaging with all labels still attached
    • The product has not been used

    Which payment methods can I use?

    We accept payments via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal and Apple Pay. If you are unsure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to view all available options. All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems, ensuring they are safe.

    What do I do if I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order?

    That shouldn’t happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to info@bright-residence.com. We will assist you promptly.

    Can I cancel my order?

    If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must do so within 3 hours of placing your order, as we only need one day for production. If canceled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. Since your customized products are unique and made just for you, a fee of €9 per item in your purchase is included for the customization. If you cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase, we will refund the full price of your item minus the €9 fee for customization.
