    Return Policy

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us via email or phone and provide the reason for the return. After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 7 days.

    1. Register Your Return
      To register your return, simply contact us at info@bright-residence.com. Our customer service team will send you a return label as soon as possible.

    2. Prepare Your Product
      Properly and securely package the product you wish to return, preferably in the original packaging. Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.

    3. Send Us Your Package
      Send the package (with Track & Trace) to the following return address:

    Please note, the cost of your return will depend on the size of your order.

    Estimated Return Shipping Costs - Please note that returning to China may incur high costs ≈ €25.

    1. Receive a Refund to Your Account
      A full refund will be processed via the original payment method after we receive your return. If possible, items should be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible. The refund will be issued to your bank account or another payment method within two business days.

    Please note: Always contact our customer service before returning your order. Orders returned without prior contact cannot be refunded.

    Hygiene Products
    A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned and are non-refundable (this list is not exhaustive): Underwear, bikinis, makeup, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and for the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns of beauty and health products.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

    Wrong Product Received
    If you accidentally received the wrong product, please also contact us to receive the correct item at no additional cost.

    Item Not Received
    If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate the situation and find an appropriate solution. Your order may still be in transit. Check here for our shipping policy and review the status of your order on our tracking page.

    Order Cancellation
    An order can only be canceled within 5 minutes of placing it. After 3 hours, our orders are processed, and unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible.

    Returns are always at the sender’s risk, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
