Shipping and delivery are handled by Bright Residence. Every package is equipped with Track & Trace and is completely free of charge for you, the customer.
Your package will be shipped within 0-3 days. The package will be sent directly from the supplier, which is more cost-effective for you as a customer. This may mean that it will take a bit longer for you to receive your package than you might be used to from other providers.
The delivery time is 8-10 business days, including the processing time of 0-3 days. Saturdays are counted as business days. To accommodate you, we do not charge shipping fees and cover them in full for you. Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary.
Returns
Not entirely satisfied with the product you received? Of course, you can return it. You can send your order back at any time within 14 days!
Is your product damaged? Then often a return is not even necessary, we will simply send you a new one!
Due to the country of departure, additional costs may apply.
All return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Bright Residence is not responsible for the loss of returned items. We do not provide return labels, nor do we cover the return shipping costs. These expenses are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Style, Size, and Photo Changes
Once you have placed your order, you agree that it is a custom product that will go into production immediately, and that no further changes can be made.
Address Changes
Please note when placing your order that there may be slight size variations. We recommend choosing one size larger to ensure a comfortable fit.
Please also note that colors and appearance may slightly differ from the original photos due to lighting and the professional studio environment in which the photos were taken.
Consequently, no further changes or modifications can be made once the product is prepared or shipped. We thank you for your understanding and agreement with this policy.
Damaged or Incorrectly Printed Items
If an item arrives damaged or with an incorrect print, we offer free reprinting and shipping. Please contact us via our contact form and attach a photo of the item along with your order number. We will arrange for the reprint and send the item to you within seven business days.
Insured Shipping
With our shipping insurance, available for only €2.95, you are fully covered. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping, we will send you a new order free of charge.
Please note that damaged or incorrectly printed items can only be replaced within 45 days from the original order date. After this period, Bright Residence is not responsible for replacement.
Hygiene Products
Hygiene products are excluded from the right of return due to the spread of infections and diseases. Once hygiene products such as care items and bras are used, we cannot accept the return of these products.
An exception is made if the products are unused and in their original packaging. Please send us a photo as proof.
Please note that the design, size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color, or image is selected and shipped to you, Bright Residence is not responsible for replacing these items.
Disclaimer for Product Images
Please note that although we strive to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee that each photo will exactly represent the actual color of the goods due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions regarding the color, material, or size of an item.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will gladly replace it and ensure your order reaches you. If you do not want the package replaced, we must wait 14 days before issuing a refund, in case the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will check on your order regularly during these two weeks to track the progress and keep you updated.
Cancellations/Returns
Once you place your order, you agree that it is a custom product that goes into production immediately and that no further changes can be made. Before the order goes into production or is shipped, it can still be canceled. If canceled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with the products you received and wish to return them, please send an email to info@bright-residence.com so we can send you our return address, or discuss the issue with our customer service team. Emails are answered within 48 hours.
